    When you say Gm7/Eb is that a chord change? Because there's no Eb in a Gm7 chord to play as the root note?

    That just means play a Gm7 with yoru right hand and an Eb with the left hand. That pretty much builds an EbMaj7/9 chord. Enjoy!
